Durga Puja 2025 sponsorship opportunities:
Sponsors may provide their banner/poster for display inside or outside the Puja or Cultural Hall, may distribute their brochures by their representatives, and can also distribute freebies like t-shirts, caps, etc., with their name and logo printed, based on the sponsorship level details of which are provided below. The name of the sponsor will be announced during the cultural programs.
Levels of Sponsorship
GENERAL SPONSOR (INR 25,000.00) – Multiple
❖ Sponsor may provide their banner/poster (not to exceed 30” by 50”) for display inside or outside the
Puja Hall for all 5 days.
❖ May distribute their brochures by their representatives on 1 of the 5 days of the celebrations.
SILVER SPONSOR (INR 50,000.00) – Multiple
❖ All of the above items for General Sponsor, plus
❖ The name of the sponsor will be announced during the cultural programs
❖ May distribute their brochures/offers by their representatives on 1 of the 5 days of the celebrations.
GOLD SPONSOR (INR 100,000.00) – Multiple
❖ All of the above items for Silver Sponsor, plus
❖ An additional banner (size limit same as for general sponsor) will be allowed for display outside the Puja Hall, near the entrance.
❖ A separate place/stall (10 ft by 10 ft) outside the Hall, near the entrance, for company information and brochures to be handed out all 5 days of the celebrations.
❖ Facilities like free electricity points to show or play their audio, video, and presentation with their
equipment in their respective stalls.
PLATINUM SPONSOR (INR 150,000.00) – Single
❖ All of the above items for Gold Sponsor, plus
❖ The Cultural event will be named as <platinum sponsor=""> presents …….
❖ The Company Logo will be embedded with the cultural fest poster, which will be the background of the cultural
stage.
❖ The company logo will be embedded in the Puja poster, which will be displayed near the entrance of the apartment.
❖ Will be highlighted in all group email communication, invitation cards, social media, and
event publicity till this event concludes.
❖ The sponsor can also distribute freebies like t-shirts, caps, etc., with their name and logo printed on
them.
