48–72 hours before the tour date: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund

You may reschedule your visit once free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the tour are not guaranteed.
✅ No-shows
