Mandala & Sound Magic - Create, Relax, Recenter

We’ll begin with a deeply relaxing sound bath, using soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls and chimes to calm your mind, release stress, and open your creative flow. Once you’re centered and inspired, you’ll be guided to create your own beautiful mandala artwork – a meditative drawing practice that promotes mindfulness, focus, and self-expression.

Whether you’re new to meditation, art, or both, this session offers a safe, welcoming space to explore your inner world while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of creativity and sound.

All materials will be provided – just bring yourself and a willingness to relax and create.
