This 2-hour Movement Intensive invites you to slow down, tune in, and rediscover the language of your body
all within a focused, immersive session.
Through guided movement and presence work, you’ll explore how to express, release, and reconnect beyond words.
A short workshop, but one that leaves a lasting shift in how you feel and move.
