Thinking about starting yoga, or coming back after a break or injury? This is the perfect time to begin.
Our Yoga Foundations class offers a friendly, supportive space to build a practice that nurtures both body and mind. You’ll work on strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance while also learning tools to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and feel more at ease in everyday life.
With clear guidance, mindful movement, and breath-led practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way — no experience needed.
