First Gathering after holiday break 💫
A sacred day devoted to coming home to yourself. Together, we will journey through practices that awaken the body, soften the heart, and nourish the soul. With the guidance of our lovely guest facilitators, we will flow through Yoga Flow, experience the deep alignment of Soul Body Fusion, and open space for emotional release and transformation.
This Gathering is an invitation to remember how vital it is to reconnect with your own essence, to feel the wisdom of your body, the truth of your emotions, and the light of your soul. When we attune to ourselves, we create space for authentic connection with others.
Within the sacred circle of women, we weave the threads of sisterhood. Here, every voice is heard, every story honored, every heart embraced. In the presence of sisters, healing deepens, and connection becomes a living prayer.

To honor the essence of this gathering, we encourage you to wear light pink or taupe (or similar colour) dress as a symbol of gentleness and self love

Bring your favourite food to share preferably home made (nothing to cook as there is no access to the kitchen in this venue).
We request that any food shared at our sisterhood table be high-vibrant and full of light, honoring the spirit of unity and mindfulness.
