For those with more experience in lambing, we will be running an advanced course aimed at those who have already mastered the practicalities of lambing and are looking for extra knowledge & furthering their skills

- Nutrition of the ewe pre & post lambing
- Strategies for improving and maintaining hygiene
- Management of diseases around lambing time
-Record keeping: benchmarks and targets, comparing your farm with the national flock
- Lamb post-mortems
- Metabolic issues
- Vaccinations & wormers: programs and protocols
- Antibiotic treatments and drug therapy
- Colostrum measuring, management & replacement
