A virtual group designed to provide people with a safe, therapeutic space to connect with other individuals struggling with infertility. This group aims to provide normalization of different feelings and experiences unique to the infertility journey, and seeks to teach specific coping strategies and psychoeducation.
This group is for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or general emotional difficulties in adjusting to infertility struggles, and is run by Licensed Therapist, Rebecca Radcliffe, LCPC, who has professional and personal experiences with infertility.
Individuals are invited to join at any point in the infertility journey, whether they are struggling to conceive naturally, suffering from pregnancy losses, just beginning fertility treatments or are in the contemplation process of doing so.
This group will welcome up to 10 individuals and follow an 8-week curriculum.
Group sessions will include topic discussions, member and facilitator feedback, psychoeducation on the process of fertility treatments, Mindfulness practices, and Radical Acceptance. Each session will conclude with a reading or guided meditation.

- Asking for Help/Finding Fertility Resources
- Self-Advocacy in the Medical System
- Dealing with Body and Medication Changes
- Self Compassion and the 7 Pillars of Mindfulness
- Lifestyle Habits to Support Infertility
- Grief and Loss around Infertility Journey
- Mindfulness Strategies of Radical Acceptance, Tolerating Ambiguity & DBT Problem Solving.
- Managing Holiday Triggers, Navigating Relationships and Boundaries in Fertility
