You’ll leave with a beautifully curated vision board, your personal portal of possibility, infused with clarity and purpose.

All materials supplied: Boards, magazines, scissors and glue for your vision board.
Optional:
Bring along personal photos, quotes, or printed images you’d love to include on your board
📖 A notebook or journal for you to write down insights or intentions.
🖼️ Beginner Friendly :
This workshop begins with a guided visualisation before we go through the process of crafting your board.
This workshop has been designed to be an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone regardless of their artistic background or experience with meditation.
No artistic skills are required.
We will take our time to go through the steps of putting together pictures & words, sorting, snipping, sticking, and doing a little decoration on your board.
Each attendee will leave with a vision board, ready to prop up or hang at home and inspire you.
