Seniors Festival: Hastings seniors exercise park launch and come and try sessions

Join us for the launch of the new seniors exercise park at Hastings Foreshore Reserve on Friday 10 October (with morning tea!), or drop in to one of our ‘come and try’ sessions during the Seniors Festival.

Our friendly volunteers will be present at each session to help you learn how to use the equipment to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility.

Discover how the exercise equipment at each of the 16 stations can support strength, mobility, agility and cognitive function as we age.
