Join us for a 2 hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session to allow the body to release stress, clear emotion, calm the mind and reset your nervous system.

Connecting with your body and breath allows you to drop in to what is happening internally and release from the inside out. Many answers and healings do not come from the mind and it's figuring out, but instead from the nervous system being able to settle and letting emotion and energy move freely without being restricted.

Breathwork gives us access to healing and clearer states of mental and emotional health, bringing many benefits to the breather.

This breathwork session is suitable for beginners and those with a regular practice.
