Movement expression unlocks healing through engaging of mind, body, and soul in unison.

The basis of this work is JourneyDance™, a free form conscious movement practice that invites each mover to listen for their own inner wisdom, inner light, and find their own next right step.

I act as your guide offering movement suggestions instead of specific steps.
