Come and join the City of Ballarat Ageing Well Community Connectors at the Sebastopol Library, as we share factual information around accessing Commonwealth funded My Aged Care and Support at Home services.

Topics covered will include:
• A general overview on My Aged Care funding levels, programs and responsibilities.
• How to access an assessment for yourself, family member or care recipient.
• What’s new in aged care and how this will affect new and existing recipients.
• How to navigate the complaints process.

Follow up support is available from our Community Connectors post event to help with further navigation needs.
