Learn about the energy centres of the body, the signs of energetic imbalances & simple techniques easily implemented for self-healing and for sharing with your companion animals.
Take part in guided mindfulness exercises, where the focus is on the participants personal experience & empowerment.
Receive a short intensive - mini group Reiki healing treatment to ground, centre & balance your energy.
Each participant will receive a printed guidebook energy healing manual, certificate of participation, and your very own Reiki infused plant 🪴 to practice self-care with at home. Sit in sacred circle to share your experiences & connect with other participants. Refreshments provided afterwards. Bookings essential.
