Located in the North Ballarat Sports Club Boardroom

The business at the meeting shall be: -
Receive & confirm the Minutes of previous AGM & discuss any business arising
Receive and adopt the Annual Report & Financials for 2024/25
Elect Office Bearers and Ordinary Members of the Committee for 2025/26
Any other general business brought before the meeting

Both the Nominator and Nominee must be current Financial and/or Life Members. All nominations must be received by the Secretary by COB on Wednesday 6th August 2025.
