Hey Light Hikers, come join us for an easy and convenient hike to the beautiful Eagles Beak Park in Forsyth County. This beautiful walking trail goes along the mighty Etowah River and is 2.5 miles long. Expect to see some wildlife and plant-life as we explore the area! So, join us for a day of awe-inspiring scenery, with fun and great fellowship as we get out and explore God’s incredible creation.
*If you’ve never been to an Echo event, this is the perfect time to come! You will definitely meet other first-timers and leave feeling encouraged and connected*
HIKE DIFFICULTY: D1 - 2.5 miles
Hiking Rating Scale:
D1 Easy (beginner hikers) mostly flat
D2 Easy to moderate (regular hikers) some hills
D3 Moderate (a cardio workout) mountainous
D4 Moderate to strenuous (challenging workout) Steep grades/agility
D5 Strenuous (serious physical challenge) Very steep and far
WHAT TO BRING: Rain jacket, camera, water, etc.
Optional Things to Bring: Bible, Hiking Poles

KEEP IN MIND: There are always dangerous and unforeseen elements when out in nature: Cliffs, water hazards, weather, animals, insects, reptiles, falling limbs or rocks, Poison Ivy, Oak, Sumac, etc. Trails may be un-maintained, slippery, rocky, icy and have steep embankments. Shoes and clothing may get muddy or wet. The woods are your bathroom.
