A Ritual of Renewal: Soundbath at Balfron McLintock Hall

Join us in the calm, historic space of the McLintock Hall for a 90-minute immersive soundbath. This peaceful venue offers a gentle setting to rest, reset, and return inward. You’ll be bathed in live acoustic sound – gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells – unfolding slowly in a field of quiet resonance. A quiet way to close the week and begin the weekend restored.

A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness.

This event is open to all. No experience necessary.

Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance — but the invitation is simply to rest.

At present the lift is out of order and the venue is not wheelchair accessible. If you require step-free access, please get in touch as repairs may be completed before the event.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them — we have a few spares. Warm layers or socks are recommended, and a water bottle is optional.

Doors close at 7:05pm and late entry won’t be possible.
