We’re excited to welcome Allison Graff, a mindfulness and wellness coach with A. graff, mindful health coach , who will guide us through a calming and meditative session designed to bring peace and presence to both care partners and those living with memory loss.
💬 The Memory Cafe is a warm, welcoming space for connection, relaxation, and meaningful activity. It’s FREE to attend and open to anyone impacted by dementia or cognitive changes.
