Perfect Self-Care in the midst of the Chaos! Experience the power of deep rest through the unique combination of gentle movement, yoga nidra, and acupuncture.
We’ll begin with 10 minutes of slow, mindful movement to release tension and prepare your body for stillness. From there, you’ll settle into savasana (a restful posture) as you are guided into yoga nidra, often called "yogic sleep." This practice allows the body to fully relax while the mind remains gently aware, supporting stress relief, better sleep, nervous system balance, and even reduced perception of pain.
While you rest in this deeply restorative state, acupuncture points will be applied to enhance energy flow, calm the mind, and activate the body’s natural healing response. Acupuncture is widely known to support pain management, stress reduction, emotional balance, and improved overall vitality.
We’ll close with a gentle awakening, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
