Inversions Workshop

Always wanted to try going upside down but felt too nervous? This is your chance. In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll take the pressure off and bring the fun back into trying something new.

We’ll explore a variety of inversion options—from gentle and restorative to more dynamic shapes—using the wall, props, and step-by-step guidance. Whether your feet leave the ground or not, you’ll build strength, awareness, and confidence.

No need to “nail” anything. This is about curiosity, not perfection. Come as you are, try something new, and maybe even surprise yourself.

You don’t have to be fearless—just willing.
