-Review of yoga asanas that help nourish and restore each chakra

-Opportunity to prepare and teach a chakra flow asana class

Miria Lovlin
After Miria’s 13 year yoga teaching career with trainings spanning from Costa Rica to Rishikesh, India she completed a certification in Ayurveda Wellness Counselling from Kerala Ayurveda Academy in California and Yoga Health Coaching from Yogahealer. Since then, she has studied into the realms of behavioural science, sound therapy, and Vedic astrology. This educational and profressional background has ushered Miria into and uniquely qualified her for the world of personal mentorship. For the past 10 years she has been working individually and in group settings with people seeking to bring about positive change in a variety of areas of their lives. These mentor relationships have taken the form of the unique needs of those seeking guidance and counsel, whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
She works with people who are looking to unearth and access their deeper desires and higher ambitions, while clearing and making space for inspiration and motivation to create a life of deeper purpose that’s aligned with their bigger dreams and impact.
Her intuitive guidance and practical strategies helps people see what it is they truly want and cut through what’s holding them back.
