Spring Renewal isn't a "detox" in the modern sense; it is an invitation to return to your natural state of clarity. Over 21 days, we aren't stripping the body down, we are tending to the "soil". Getting simple to build resiliency. Providing nourishment to rise with vitality in the season to come. Self paced with opportunity for community connection. Includes materials, 3 community meet ups and 3 30 minute sauna sessions. March 21 start date.
