Fall 2025 // Group Ecotherapy Walks - Fridays 4:30PM with Cole Hooley

Ecotherapy Groups take place seasonally for 8-week Sessions with a general focus on using nature as a tool for Self-Regulation.

Each meeting includes:

10-minute opening circle,

45~minute* nature walk,

5-minute closing circle.

*NOTE* *Session times will vary between 60-90 minutes depending on the group’s pace.

We meet in Historic Rittenhouse Town at the Paper Trail Bike Cafe.
Sign up or join the waitlist for this coming spring season,
which will occur September 5th - October 24th at 4:30PM.

Individual Sessions are $30 or Prepay for 8 Weeks for $200.

Once you fill out your information via https://www.middlepathwellness.org/calendar/2025/3/28/group-ecotherapy-walks, you will receive intake forms. Groups are limited to 8 participants per season. Participants who commit to full series will be given priority. Waitlisted members will be informed when slots open up.
