Weaving with Nature with Dee Sayce

Get creative and weave a colourful, textured, 3D wall-hanging, sculpture or mobile using natural materials, fibres and yarn. An opportunity to have fun weaving and experimenting with a range of natural materials, create your own wooden weaving loom/frame, then weave using a variety of materials such as wool, yarn, sheep fleece, cotton, linen, raffia and other fibres to produce interesting, textured and colourful woven shapes. Complete your woven piece by decorating with feathers, shells, stones, seeds etc.

All materials and equipment are provided. If you have a frame loom, yarn, fleece or other natural materials that you would like to use, you are welcome to bring them to add to your project. This workshop is suitable for age 7+.
