Join us in honoring the Autumn Equinox with a heart-centered outdoor yoga class designed to ground the body, quiet the mind, and cultivate gratitude. As day and night stand in perfect balance, we’ll explore a soulful flow that mirrors nature’s shift—inviting steadiness, reflection, and release. Surrounded by the beauty of the changing season, we’ll connect to the earth beneath us, give thanks for all we’ve gathered, and gently prepare for the slower rhythm of fall.

Expect breathwork, balancing poses, gentle flows, and a nourishing savasana under the open sky. All levels welcome—bring a mat, cozy layers, and an open heart.
