Overdose Awareness Flag Raising Ceremony

Join us for a day of remembrance and hope to honor the lives lost to overdose, support those still struggling, and stand united in breaking the stigma around substance use disorder. On Tuesday, September 2nd at 11:00 a.m., we will gather in front of Adventist Health Bakersfield for a flag-raising ceremony to recognize National Overdose Awareness Day. All members of our community are welcome.

We will hear powerful stories from those personally affected and learn about local resources and recovery support. Together, we can raise awareness, offer hope, and be a force for healing in our community.
