Exhale Breathwork Experience
This 60-minute breathwork class is your invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect. Through conscious, intentional breathing, we’ll calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and release the weight of daily stress.
Class begins with grounding and intention-setting before moving into a guided breathwork session, lying down with eyes closed and supported by music. This practice helps regulate stress, ease anxiety, and create the inner stillness needed for better sleep and emotional balance.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body carrying a renewed sense of peace into your day-to-day life.
All levels welcome. The only requirement is that you can breathe.
