Twinkle in Time

Baker City Downtown presents Twinkle in Time, our community's weekend-long suite of events and activities to launch the beginning of the holiday season. Twinkle in Time includes our 7th annual Cookie Crawl and the annual Festival of Trees. This year, Festival of Trees will benefit 16 local groups and organizations! BCD formally took stewardship of the event in 2023 with the blessing of the Saint Alphonsus Foundation (the former event host).

Twinkle also includes the Twilight Jubilee (downtown light parade and community tree lighting in Court Plaza), organized by the Baker County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center; Pictures with Santa & Letters to Santa, an annual fundraiser for Baker City Kiwanis Club International; the Baker County 4-H Christmas Bazaar; the Geiser Grand's Holiday High Tea; as well as the monthly First Friday Art Walk.
