Meditation for Beginners

Hi there! I am a certified breath work and meditation teacher and I am offering a FREE in person class, Meditation for Beginners.

This class is perfect for those who are unfamiliar with mediation or may have pre conceived ideas about meditation.

We’ll talk about the science and health benefits of meditation, I will facilitate a brief guided mediation and then we’ll have time for questions.
