💜Tiny Miss compete on stage ONLY in heirllom dresses WITHOUT OOC or intro.
💜Little Miss compete on stage in pageant gown WITH OOC and Intro.
👑In order to “age” up the contestant must be 6 by 11/1/25

Baby Miss: 0-12 months
Toddler Miss: 13-23 months
Teeny Miss: 2-3 years
Tiny Miss: girls 4-6 years
Mister: boys 4-6 years
Little Miss: 7-9 years
Jr. Miss: 10-12 years
Teen Miss: 13-15 years
Miss: 16-20 years
Ms.: 21 and up (may be married and/or have children)
👑Phases of Competition and Attire:
💜Baby Miss (0-12 months), Toddler Miss (13-23 months), Teeny Miss (2-3 years), Tiny Miss (girls 4-6 years), and Mister (males 4-6 years)
💜Baby through Teeny Miss Contestants will compete on stage in "heirloom dresses" or "Sunday best". No OOC for these divisions.
💜Tiny Miss contestants will compete on stage in "heirloom dresses". No OOC for this division.
💜Tiny Miss can elect to compete in OPTIONAL interview and will need age appropriate interview attire should they elect to do so.
💜Mister Contestants will compete on stage in their "Sunday best".
No OOC for Mister.
💜Mister contestants can elect to compete in OPTIONAL interview. They may wear an interview suit of choice OR their stage attire for optional interview
👑Little Miss Contestants (7-9 years)
💜Outfit of Choice (OOC) AND Introduction
The theme is "Just as I Am".
As such, the contestant will wear ANYTHING that represents their style and personality (i.e jeans, gowns, costumes, uniforms, etc).
The contestant will go directly to the mic to introduce themselves. Once complete the contestant can utilize stage time with any walk of choice. NO MORE THAN 2 MINS TOTAL.
💜Formal Wear
The contestant will wear an age appropriate formal dress of choice and will compete with any walk of choice.
👑Jr. Miss Contestants (10-12 years)
💜Interview
A private 3 minute panel interview will be conducted on pageant day. Contestants should wear an age appropriate interview outfit of choice. Interview questions will be pulled from the contestant's application.
💜Outfit of Choice (OOC) AND Introduction
The theme is "Just as I Am". As such, the contestant will wear ANYTHING that represents their style and personality (i.e jeans, gowns, costumes, uniforms, etc).

👑TITLES/SERVICE TITLES/AWARDS
💜ALL contestants in Baby through Tiny Divisions are CROWNED princess.
💜ALL Mister contestants will receive a prize.
💜Divisional Titles: The highest cumulative scorer in each division will be crowned the division's title winner.
WE DO NOT DOUBLE CROWN! If the contestant wins their division AND a service title, the contestant will be crowned as their division title winner and the service title will go to the next highest service title contributor.
💜Divisional Runners-Up: The number of runners-up per division will be based on the number of contestants per division. As such the number of runners-up will vary per division.
💜Interview Award: will be awarded to the contestant with the highest cumulative interview score in each optional interview and score bearing interviewing divisions.
💜OPTIONAL interview is available for Tiny Miss, Mister, and Little Miss Contestants: 3 minute private interview.
Jr through Ms. contestants will compete in score bearing interview.
There is no interview option for Baby through Teeny Contestants.
💜Photogenic Award: Photogenic entry is OPTIONAL with no bearing on the contestant's final score. The judges will select one winner per division who will be awarded their division's photogenic award.
👑Miss Decatur County Hospitality
OR
👑Mister Decatur County Ambassador: The 2025 Community Service Project is a diaper drive for DFACS.
ONE DIAPER EQUALS ONE VOTE.
Diapers must be unopened.
This crowned title will be awarded to the male OR female contestant that collects the most "votes" (diapers). Diapers will be submitted on pageant day.
👑Decatur County Pageant Heart of a Warrior: Will benefit past DCP Director Leslie Bernier on her healing journey. A long time resident of Decatur County, Leslie has led and contributed her time and talent to a host of community and pageant service initiatives. She poured countless hours of love and dedication into DCP and its contestants from 2000-2009 as a director and co-director.
$1 EQUALS 1 VOTE.
Votes can be submitted electronically or on pageant day.
👑Decatur County's Heart of a Warrior QUEEN: This crowned title will be awarded to the CONTESTANT that collects the most "votes" (money).
💜Heart of a Warrior Service Award: This award is presented to the PAST OR CURRENT DCP King or Queen that collects the most "votes" (money).

👑Decatur County residency is NOT required for any division.
💜Interview times will be provided after deadline. We will start with with the youngest contestants to the oldest and do not expect to start any earlier than 12 PM EST.
💜Photos should be submitted on pageant day no later than 1PM EST.
💜Pageant will start promptly at 3PM EST on 11/2/25 at The Kirbo Center in Bainbridge, GA
🎟️$10 Pageant Day Admission to be paid at door or via Venmo or CashApp--NO CHECKS FOR DOOR ENTRY
🎟️Children 4 and under are free
💜Divisional contestant numbers are based order of receipt of completed registration. First completed registration is the last out per division. The contestant's registration will be noted as complete upon receipt of completed application and applicable fees.
