This 6-week program will be hosted at Hope's Haven Rescue and Youth Camp and facilitated by Dr. Danielle Moore and horse professional Rachael Wendel.
This equine-assisted psychotherapy group for high-achieving women experiencing burnout, chronic stress, emotional disconnection, and overfunctioning. Grounded in Natural Lifemanship, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic, attachment-based healing, this group blends experiential work with horses and trauma-informed clinical facilitation. Participants learn to restore rhythm, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover joy--
all in partnership with the herd.
Program Goals:
Support: nervous system healing through rhythm, relationship & co-regulation
Provide: safe place to shift from performance to presence
Explore: embodied communication, healthy boundaries & emotional expression
Welcome: neurodiverse & neurotypical participants with radical acceptance
Align: Hope’s Haven mission to offer holistic, heart-centered healing through connection with horses
Held on Wednesdays from September 24 through November 5 (no session Oct 8) from 5:30-7pm.

The cost for the 6-week Program is $600 (a percentage of the cost per seat is provided to Hope's Haven directly for hosting the event). Payment should be made via cash, check, PayPal (
