We are water. Just like the water that surrounds Bainbridge Island, our physical bodies -approximately 60% water- are impacted by the gravitational pull of the moon, especially during the full moon and new moon when the sun, moon and earth are in alignment.
Cozy up in-studio at Dayaalu or join us from home. Tune into the energy of the full moon to feel the ebb and flow of the tides within you. Reconnect with your heart through gently guided breathwork. Allow the calming sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls to carry you into a deep practice of restorative rest. Let go of whatever no longer serves you.
In this community sound healing, gentle attention is given to the heart chakra of each person to support your connection to the element of water. Sound healing supports the mind to settle, the brain entering a peaceful theta state (or pre-sleep), and engages the parasympathetic nervous system to let the body relax and access the full benefits of rest. The vibrational energy of alchemy quartz crystal singing bowls can be impactful physically on the mind and body, as well as energetically on the subtle energy bodies.
