Mini BOW - Preserving the Harvest

Mini BOW - Preserving the Harvest is now open! It will be held September 19 to 21 at Springbrook State Park (near Guthrie Center). The limit for this one is 15 ladies. The cost is $150 for the weekend, which includes meals, snacks, supplies, and lodging at Sherburne Cabin. We will be water bath canning, pressure canning, freezing, dehydrating, and fermenting.
