Intro to Forest Bathing

Taking place on Sunday, October 19 at 10 am in Ben Eoin, Hike Nova Scotia will host an Introduction to Forest Bathing workshop. Join Steven Rolls, Certified Forest Bathing Guide, to learn the foundations of forest bathing - a guided practice of slowing down, tuning into your senses, and reconnecting with the natural world. After the introduction and a quick lunch (bring your own) it will continue with a mindful 2 km uphill walk to the Ben Eoin Trail look-off - this portion is optional. It is supported by the NS Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage.
