Join us for our annual Heart Awakening Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath, lovingly centered around the spirit of Gratitude as we move into the Thanksgiving season.

Rooted in ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions and often called the “Medicine of the Heart”, Cacao invites us to open, soften, and reconnect with our heart space. Together, we’ll sip a warm, mindfully prepared cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, while reflecting on the power of gratitude to nourish our well-being.
From this heart-centered place, you’ll be gently guided into a gratitude meditation, supported by the healing vibrations of sound. Allow yourself to be carried by the resonance of ancient instruments. Each vibration inviting balance, relaxation, and renewal for body, mind, and spirit.
We will close our time together with a small gift of gratitude for you to carry forward as a reminder of this sacred practice.
Wear comfy clothing and bring a water bottle. Thai mats, yoga mats and light blankets are available for your use. Feel free to bring any additional props you may need for your comfort: blanket, pillow, eye covering, etc. *Limited gravity chairs available for use upon request.
