The vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body, running from your brain to your abdomen, touching every major organ along the way. Humming stimulates the vagus nerve activating the parasympathetic nervous system to create a "rest & digest" environment. This class can induce a state of calm and ease putting you in the optimal state of mind for healing the body, mind and spirit.
