Guided by sound healer, musician, and holistic wellness coach Amy Noel Walters, you’ll be led through intentional breathwork, gentle movement, and free-form dance designed to awaken your body, release stored energy, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom. The evening gently unfolds into a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments — harmonizing your energy and bringing balance to mind, body, and spirit.
