Functional Dance Fitness Fun Class

💃 New Functional Dance Fitness Fun Class 💃
From Monday 16th February 2.30-3.30pm

With over 10 years experience in Falls Prevention I am very excited to combine 35 years Dance experience and bring together a class incorporating both 👯

Class will have a mixture of routines to great music and routines will focus on many elements of ageing well, falls prevention and feel good.

Time will also be available at end of class for anyone wishing a chat, tea or coffee ☕️
