On Sunday October 26th, come sell your stuff at our village trunk sale!
This is a low-key community event to encourage reducing, reusing and recycling, as well as give an opportunity for us all to make a little extra cash!
Ever want to do a yard sale but you live on a super quiet street? Don't have a yard? Or your condo board doesn't allow them? Or maybe you love going to yard sales but it's hard to find them/get to all the different spots. Well this is a great opportunity for the community to come together in one spot to buy and sell! :)
Where: the NDCC West Wing parking lot (I will put out signs and a map) 2958 Greenfield Rd, Ayr, ON N0B 1E0
When: Sunday October 26th from 12-3pm. (setup to start at 11am)
Cost: $5 per parking spot (you can buy 2 if you want more space!) This fee will only go towards the costs (renting the lot/insurance & maybe some posters/signs) Any additional money made from seller fees will be donated to It Takes A Village Ayr. :)
Pull your car into a spot and sell out of your trunk and/or set up a table or blanket with your things. (BYOT bring your own tables)
Trading or giving away things for free is also welcome and encouraged!
We will have some sidewalk chalk and maybe some games for the kiddos to hang out and play and you are welcome to bring picnic lunches!
