Awakening Through Vibrational Alignment

Sound vibrations assist the energetic body in a stimulation and detoxification of stagnent energies. Subtle shifts in the body's frequencies can catalise a healing process that bypasses the mind.

These sessions are for anyone who is:

• looking to deepen or discover their connection with their true nature
• exploring a deeper awareness of their own spirituality
• looking for some reduction of anxiety, pain and emotional destress through a non invasive and deeply restorative practice
• navigating trauma, depression or loneliness
• looking for relaxation and time out of the digital world
• looking for some selfcare time

On arrival, please use the top buzzer at the front door. At the top of the stairs enter the room on the right.

Payment is in cash before the session begins, £20. If experiencing hardship, we offer a reduced price of £14 to make it accessible.

Please wear comfortable and warm clothes, bring a yoga mat (we have a few spares if needed) and blankets. Some people also enjoy an eye mask.
