Working with a process called "Family Constellations", Shelley will show you how to step into your family energy field to reveal and heal generational trauma blocks and see how they are connected to your current struggles with money, abundance, health, relationships, anxiety, depression and more.

About your facilitator Shelley Harrison:
👋 Hi, I’m Shelley.
I’m a professionally trained energy healer specializing in personal and intergenerational trauma release. In this workshop I will to guide you deeper than talking to explore how to transform and heal the physical and emotional struggles that haven't been resolved by other approaches.
I’m a graduate of the prestigious Barbara Brennan School of Healing and I’ve spent the last 3 decades gathering knowledge and experience in deep healing. Today, I blend four different disciplines into a potent synergy, including Energy Healing, Somatic Experiencing, Craniosacral Therapy, and Family Constellations work.

A clipboard with paper and pen, or a journal and pen. You can even bring coloured pencils and markers if you like! A snack. Your water bottle. Your curiosity, an open heart...and maybe...some kleenex.
