Spirituality During Challenging Human Times

It is a challenging time to be a human being. We are witnessing changes around us that can be overwhelming and upsetting. In this stressful environment, it is necessary that we care for ourselves. Let us remember that we are souls having a human experience.

Just as it is necessary to care for our minds and our bodies, we must care for our souls, our spirituality. To stay healthy, to stay balanced, to manage the stress of living, we need to pay attention to our spirituality. As we honor our spirituality, we honor our true selves, the part of ourselves that sustains in the face of difficulties.

Join us for Spirituality During Challenging Human Times. We will gather in circle for readings, meditations and sharing. Some topics will include the Universal Laws, The Four Agreements and selections from various spiritual authors.

Circle is facilitated by Karen Campbell, MSMHC, RMT, OMSB of Grief & Healing Connections

We will meet the second Saturday of each month, 5:00 to 6:00.
