Free Karma Yoga Class with Rebecca to benefit Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry

Come spend 60 minutes with us for a Yoga Flow session that supports a great cause!

In the spirit of generosity, Rebecca will guide an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class designed to strengthen and relax your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.

In exchange, we kindly ask that you bring a donation for our neighbors at Loaves & Fishes, a local food pantry.
