With less than 4 weeks to go, I’m excited to announce that I will be attending the ColyTen again this year!
I will be on hand to provide pre &/ or post race massage or taping at a very reasonable £10 for ten minutes. I will also have cold packs for purchase ( ready to use if needed). Tubes of Fisiocrem massage cream (with arnica, hypericum, calendula and menthol), for all those aches and pains and RockTape kinesiology tape in some funky designs will also be available to buy.

Even if you’re not running in the event, come and say hello, get some advice and maybe have a massage. I look forward to seeing you there!
