This time-honored tradition features a variety of colorful floats, marching bands, dance groups, local businesses, and community groups, that displays Avondale’s culture and pride.

Parade Route and Street Closures
Start at Estrella High School - down Central to Western, Western to N 6th Street, then to Agua Fria High School.
Parade Viewing
Grab your lawn chairs and blankets! For the best views we recommend setting up along Western Avenue or at one of the turns on Central Avenue and N 6th Street.
Parade announcers will be located at the intersections of Central Avenue and Kinderman Street, Western and 1st Street, and in front of Sam Garcia library.
Parade Volunteers
Volunteer to help with this historic parade with duties including assisting with staging, route, check in, route safety and breakdown. Time 6 AM - 12 PM. Register online at www.AvondaleAZ.gov/Rec
