This class will help you understand what’s in the food you’re buying, from the front of the package to the back! Including tips for those looking to get more protein, eat less sugar, and overall eat healthier!

Hannah is the Registered Dietitian at ShopRite of Canton, where she provides nutrition services to Canton and Avon communities. ShopRite offers nutrition counseling, personalized shopping tours, group classes, and more.
