Restorative and Reiki Workshop

Join Sandra and Anna for this restorative yoga practice that will open up the body physically and energetically along with helping the nervous system decompress.

All levels welcomed. Bolsters, blankets and blocks provided but feel free to bring your own!

Through this restorative yoga practice Sandra and I will offer Reiki ( hands on and/or off energy healing) to further enhance the experience.
