Outdoor Wellness Education

Join us to learn the studies and science behind how nature correlates to better mental health outcomes. An Indiana Department of Health professional will lead the class. Attendees will walk away with a better knowledge of how the outdoors improves mental and physical health, as well as some outdoor activities and local groups they can try.
