Get a hands-on look at what Cub Scouts is all about!
Parents and Scout leaders will be there to answer your questions, and you’ll get to meet real Cub Scouts showing off their awesome derby cars from past races! There will also be fun games for kids and plenty of opportunities to learn more.
✅ What to Expect from Cub Scouts in 2025:
🏕️ Adventures Indoors & Outdoors
Your child will have a blast exploring, building, racing, and discovering new things—both indoors and out!
🤝 Build Independence & Teamwork
Cub Scouts helps kids grow their confidence while also learning how to work together and support others.
🎓 Educational Field Trips
In past years, we've explored:
Stearns History Museum
Tubing at Powder Ridge (a favorite for both kids & parents!)
Local hiking trails
Community fun at Spunktacular Days – where we run a food booth, lead the parade, and help clean up the park and parade route
📅 Meeting Schedule
Pack Meetings: Once a month (usually a field trip or group activity)
Den Meetings: 1–2 times per month (focused on skills, character building, and community)

Cub Scouts is a family experience, and we welcome all parents and guardians to attend meetings, field trips, and help support the pack.
Interested in helping shape the year’s activities? Join our Adults-Only Parent Committee Meetings to help plan future field trips and events! The committee is made up of fellow parents of current Cub Scouts—we’d love to hear your ideas!
