Tai Chi Qigong series

Join us for a transformative journey into the ancient practices of Tai Chi & Qigong.

A centuries-old Chinese disciplines known for enhancing physical health, calming the mind, and cultivating inner vitality. Often described as moving meditation, these gentle, flowing techniques help release tension, improve energy flow, reduce stress, and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit.

In this series, certified Tai Chi Instructor Varee Var will guide you through the Yang Style 18 Steps Tai Chi & Qigong, offering both Level 1 and Level 2 instruction.

All are welcome, no experience necessary.
